The Condiments Kitchen

Selling olives via our catering business at festivals, village fun days, etc, we soon realised how popular they are. Children would open our pots of olives and eat them there and then!

“Olives made into a scrumptious savoury jam?” our chef Sarah pondered.
She put together a recipe, made the jam and our first product was invented!

Obviously we couldn’t sell just one flavour, so once again chef Sarah put her recipe writing cap on and the rest of our flavours were created.

Nearly 5 years on, we now have added to our range and a few new ideas, waiting to be tried and tested.
