Our tart blackberry and apple jam is made with blackberries and apples that we have picked ourselves locally. More fruit and less sugar means the full flavour of the fruit shines!
Slather on scones, toast, croissants or in between two Victoria sandwiches. Loosen slightly in the microwave for a few seconds (without the lid) and serve with steak, venison or pork chops.
