This sensationally dark sticky chutney is slowly caramelised to bring out the natural sugars in the onions. Balsamic vinegar is added while bubbling away, to give a deep rich flavour.
It is a must that this chutney is served with a plate full of sizzling sausages (meat and meat free), creamy mash and a pile of peas or baked beans!

Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 weeks.
