Returns Policy

Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods.

Any claims for non-delivery, missing items or breakages must be made via email to this email address sarah@condimentskitchen.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Please take a picture of your order, before removing items from the box, if you have noticed any missing items, breakages or any other problems.

Refunds including P&P costs will never be refunded in cash.
